British firm Vickers designing newest British submarines according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1906-1907 no. 10

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht reporting that the newest British submarines were designed by the British firm Vickers. Displacement 313 ton, dimensions 41 x 4,1 metres and a surfaced speed of 15-16 miles. It was expected that the next generation submarines would be larger.
