French torpedo boat flotilla reorganized according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no. 10

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht reported that the French first ocean torpedo boat flotilla was reorganized. Instead of 2 offensive divisions each of 6 boats were now 3 divisions each of 4 boats formed.
