Turkey commissioned torpedo boats built in Italy according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1906-1907 no. 9

An item reported that on 29 November the Turkish flag was hoisted on board of 7 new torpedo boats built at the Ansaldo-Armstrong shipyard at Genoa. Length 50 metres and a speed of 25 miles.
