Thornycroft-design. Built by J.I. Thornycroft&Co., Woolston, England and completed at Portsmouth. Launched in 1920, displacement 1.750 tons, horsepower 40.000 hp, oil-fuelled turbine all geared machinery and an armament of 5-4.7” guns, 1-3” anti aircraft gun, 2-2pd guns and machineguns and 2x3 torpedo tubes.(1)
