Thornycroft-design. Built by J.I. Thornycroft&Co., Woolston, England and completed at Portsmouth. Launched in 1920, displacement 1.750 tons, horsepower 40.000 hp, oil-fuelled turbine all geared machinery and an armament of 5-4.7” guns, 1-3” anti aircraft gun, 2-2pd guns and machineguns and 2x3 torpedo tubes.(1)

1. Building ordered in 1918, laid down in October 1918, launched on 16 September 1920, renamed Brooke in April 1921, commissioned on 15 April 1925 and sunk on 8 November 1942 after being heavily damaged by French shore batteries at Algiers 2 days earlier.
