Japanese navy intended battleships, battle cruisers, cruisers and large number of destroyers according to the Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf dated 1 December 1920

An item dated London, England 30th referred to the Times which reported that Japan intended to built 4 new battleships and 4 battle cruisers to be completed around 1926. Furthermore were 12 cruisers and 60 destroyers to be built.
