Launched at Wm. Cramp&Sons, Philadelphia, USA in 1919, completed in 1920 , displacement 1.215 tons, 27.000 hp horsepower, all geared turbine oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 1-14pd anti aircraft gun and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
