Built at John I. Thornycroft, Chiswick, England in 1882, displacement 15 tons and as dimensions 63 x 7.5 x 2.5 feet, one screw, horsepower 150 ihp, speed during trials 16,9 knots, coal bunker capacity 1 ton, crew numbered 6 men and the armament consisted of 2 torpedo tubes and 1 machinegun.
