Russian naval budget approved according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 14 March 1914

An item reported that the budget commission of the Russian Duma approved the budgets to be used in 1914 for building warships, improving war arbours and establishing observation posts and wireless telegraphy stations.
