An item referred to the magazine Journal de la marine dated 27 January publishing a project of a fast torpedo recovery vessel now under construction for the French navy. She was to serve in the roads off Brest, France to prevent the loss of launched torpedoes which were to be prepared for eventual service. Fitted out with a 120 hp at 1.000 rpm engine.
