Russian steamship Indigirka lost according to the Dutch newspaper Soerabaijsch handelsblad dated 15 December 1939

An item dated Tokyo, Japan 14th reported that it was feared that 750 persons died when the Russian steamship Indigirka was lost. Of the survivors were 395 landed at Wakkanai.
