Building of the Dutch bark ship Van de Werf at Alblasserdam, Netherlands according to the Nederlandsche Staatscourant dated 4 June 1841

Yesterday was at the yard of Cornelis Smit at Alblasserdam, Netherlands with success the bark ship van der Werf of circa 400 lasten launched. She was built for account of Mrs. Boissevain&Co at Amsterdam, Netherlands and destined for the Dutch East Indies trade.
