Laid down by Northern Shipyard, St. Petersburg, Russia for the Northern Fleet on 26 November 2009, launched on 12 December 2014 and to be commissioned in 2018.

Speed 29,5 knots and with a speed of 14 knots a range of 4.850 nautical miles. And an endurance of 30 days. Crew numbers 210 men. Fitted out with a helipad and a hangar for the Ka-27 helicopter. Armament consists of 1-13cm A-192M naval un, 2x8-UKSK VLC cells with P-800 Onkiks (SS-N-26) and/or Kalibr missile system (SS-N-27), 4x8-Redut VLS cells for 9M96, 9M96M, 9M96D, 9M96DM/M2 missiles and/or quad packed 9M100 short range missiles, 2-Palash CIWS, 2x4-33cm/13” torpedo tubes for Paket NK anti torpedo/submarine torpedoes and 2-14,5mm MTPU pedestal machineguns.
