Soviet icebreaker Lazar Kaganovich still lying at Murmansk according to a CIA report dated 12 February 1952

An item reported the presence at Murmansk since end of August 1949 of the Soviet 5.621 gross register tonnage icebreaker Lazar Kaganovich. She undergone at London, England a major overhauling.
