Soviet SDGP steam tug Charkow sighted on the Danube according to a CIA report dated 29 March 1955

An item dated 20 December 1954 reported that the SDGP (Sovietskoye Dunaisk oye Gosudarstvennoye Parokhodstvo) steam tug Charkow was sighted on the Danube off Korneuburg, Austria while executing her trial. She was recently overhauled. Horsepower 1.800hp.
