An item reported that the tug facilities
at Sukhoy Liman, Ukraine consisted of a sea going tug with a horsepower of
2.000-3.000hp, an old type tug with 2 funnels, a spall harbour tug with a
horsepower of 300hp and 2 new type tugs with a horsepower of 900hp.
