Polish shipyards building 12 Donbas-class colliers for the Soviet Union according to a CIA report dated 20 October 1954

An item reported that Polish shipyards were building 12 Donbas-class colliers for the Soviet Union to be fitted out with Soviet built reciprocating steam engines and with a varying tonnage of 5.000-6.000 tons.
