Soviet tankers lying anchored at Braila, Romania according to a CIA report dated 24 November 1948

An item reported that around 15-20 Soviet tankers were lying at Braila, Romania already anchored for some time still loaded with their cargoes originally destined for Yugoslavia. (1)

1. The so-called Toto-Stalin Split with as result that Yugoslavia was forced by the other members to leave the Communist Information Bureau (Cominform) on 28 June 1948.
