The Albanian minesweepers according to a CIA report dated 15 November 1949

An item reported that the Albanian navy possessed 2 wood built minesweepers of Italian origin and which were stationed at Durres. Both had a tonnage of 70 tons/700 quintals and a speed of 8-10 miles and an armament consisting of a small cannon of unknown diameter calibre and the individual arms of the crewmembers. The crew numbered 10-12 navy personnel and 2 men of the M.R. There was a third similar vessel seized by an unknown number of men who left Durres with as destination Italy.(1)

Note
1. A comment reported that all three vessels were sighted some time ago mine sweeping in the North Corfu. Their small canon was at that moment removed to make place for the primitive mine sweeping equipment.
