An item dealing with the East German Neptun shipyard at Rostock reported that two floats left the ways six weeks late. The drifter No. 692 executed her trials on 18 November 1952 and the No. 693 her standing trial a day later. On 15 November arrived the Soviet navy ocean tug A151 to undergo repairs with the M-boat T 305 leaving the yard on 21st November. The Soviet navy depot ship No. 848 arrived with 800 drums of gasoline for the shipyard. The 3.000 tons cargo ship lying at the shipyard was instead of 4 fitted out with 2 superheated-steam engines with generators (steam dynamos) each delivering 140hp for generating power.
