Launched by Harland&Wolff, Belfast,
Ireland with yard number 393 for account of the Red Star Line, Antwerp, Belgium
on 27 June 1908, completed on 27 March 1909, begun with her maiden voyage on 10
April 1909, chartered by the British Cunard Line, acquired as troop transport
in June 1917 and finally sold in October 1933 and broken up at Osaka, Japan in
1934.
