An item reported that at le Havre, France 6 torpedo boats 1st class were to be built and to be delivered at Cherbourg, France for executing their trials. It was of a new design and larger as the predecessors. Displacement 100 ton, horsepower 2.000ihp, speed 26 knots and 3 instead of 2 torpedo tubes.
