Portuguese cruiser Adamastor visited the Dutch East Indies harbour Tandjong Priok between 29-31 July 1900

An item reported that the Portuguese gunboat Adamastor (1) visited Sabang (2), Dutch East Indies between 29-31 July 1900.

Notes
1. She was launched on 12 July 1896 at the yard of Orlando, Leghorn, Italy, completed in 1897 and finally discarded in 1933. Her crew numbered 227 men and she was armed with 12 guns.
2. Sabang had an important coal bunkering station. In fact the coal bunker station at Poeloe Weh.
