The Soviet Ulan Ude shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the fenced and rail served Soviet Ulan Ude shipyard with as geographic coordinates 51.50.00 north and 107.34.30 east in the west central part of Ula Ude on the east bank of the Selenga for building barges regarded the rectangular sub-sections of the slipways. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway with 2 transverse slipways for which a large bridge crane was available and 1 fabrication and 23 support buildings.
