The Soviet Vitebsk ship repair yard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the fenced and road served Soviet Vitebsk ship repair yard with as geographic coordinates 55.11.00 north and 30.11.40 east located in the centre of Vitebsk, Belarus on the west bank of the Dvina used for repairing minor craft. The shipyard possessed a side-haul marine railway and 11 support buildings.
