The Soviet Volzhskiy Shipyard according to a CIA report dated September 1967

An item reported the Soviet Volzhskiy Shipyard with as geographic coordinates 48.49.30 north and 44.43.20 east and located 1 nautical mile north west of Volzhisky on the east bank of the Volga. The shipyard possessed 1 side-haul marine railway with 2 transverse slipways, 1 quay and 3 shop and 16 support building. It was confirmed that the buildings belonged to the shipyard while the way was partially fenced away.
