Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia delivered steamships Ivan Zemnoukhov and Serguey Tyoulenine according to a CIA report dated 7 July 1952

An item reported that the Limenda Shipbuilding and Repair Factory at Kotlas, Russia was part of the Ministry of the River Fleet although it was not confirmed that the yard was exclusive building for this ministry and not for other ministries. The yard was confirm a newspaper dated 27 June 1950 to build in 1850 a series of 200 hp paddle steamboats. According to a newspaper dated 3 October 1950 were on short notice the steamboats Ivan Zemnoukhov and Serguey Tyoulenine to be handed over.
