Icebreaker and tug needed support for ships underway towards Kronstadt according to a CIA report dated 15 March 1957

An item reported that ships needed assistance of a tug and the brand new icebreaker Kapitan Moscovich when underway to Kronstadt. The icebreaker was still not completed missing equipment like a radar/ Her four diesel engines supplied a total horsepower of 12.000hp.(1)
