Unknown type of Russian destroyer sighed between Kronstadt and Leningrad according to a CIA report dated 15 March 1957

An item reported the sighting of a warship between Kronstadt and Leningrad[ St. Petersburg], Russia which looked a like a destroyer, fitted out with icebreaker rounded bow and ploughing very easily through the ice. The foredeck was very long with a breakdown to the very short main deck aft the after funnel.
