Danish Greenland whaling and seal hunting company founded in 1768

An item dated Copenhagen, Denmark 16th July reported that on 28th May Rasmus Langeland and interests were allowed to found at Corsoër a Greenland company for whaling and seal hunting and sent 3 ships towards Greenland and Spitsbergen. Capital of the company consisted of 100.000 rijksdaalders divided over 100 shares.
