Gross tonnage 290 tons, deadweight 599 tons and as dimensions 18 x 42 (hull) x 21 (depth) feet. Owned by Crowley Marine Services Incorporated, San Francisco, California. Designed for service on the Western Alaska market as a 55.000 barrel articulated tug-barge (ATB) by Crowley Maritime Corporation subsidiary Jensen Maritime at Seattle. She was to be fitted out with 2 GE 6:250 engines.
