Laid down by United Engineering Company,Alameda, California, USA on 7 April 1943, launched on 18 September 1943, commissioned on 3 August 1944, stricken on 28 January 1992 and handed over to Argentina in 1993. Displacement 1,291-1,731 (full load) tons and as dimensions 59,44 (waterline) 62,48 x 11,73 x 5,20 metres. Speed 22 knots. Range with 363 tons fuel bunker capacity and a speed of 15 respectively 8 knots respectively 6.500 and 15.000 nautical miles. Crew numbers 85 men. Armament consists of 2x1-4cm 60 cal Bofors anti aircraft guns and 2x1-2cm 70 cal Bofors anti aircraft guns.
