Results of British and Dutch Davis Strait whalers very worse according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 16 August 1792

An item reported that in England 3 British whalers returned from Davis Strait each with 2 whales stating that 9 others had zero catch results and 4 others even were lost. The Dutch whalers had a total catch of just 2 whales and there was none sign of improvement.
