An item reported the the arrival at Petropaulaski, Kamchatka, Russia by the French whaling ship Elizabeth master Damarresque coming from Ochtoske sea on 8 August 2.300 barrels oil, was in problems after been ashore on of of the Kurili Islands, unload and hoved down for repairs, refitted and departed on 23 September towards Oahu, Hawaii or Tahiti, French Polynesia.
