Romanian steam passenger ship Mihai Viteasu still not salvaged according to a CIA report dated 20 August 1947

An item reported that the Romanian steam passenger ship Mihai Viteasu was still lying sunk just above Tulcea, Romania. Probably sunk by a Soviet air attack in 1944.
