Russian fleet still bunkering in French Indochina according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 2 May 1905

An item dated Tokyo, Japan 1 May 1905 reported that the Japanese government believed that Rossdjestvensky (1) still used the harbours of French Indochina for coal bunkering and post office for sending and receiving tidings. They start to doubt the reliability of the French statements and neutrality.(2)
