American whale ship Citizen visited Lahaina, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 9 November 1844

An item reported the arrival at Lahaina, Hawaii on 28 October of the American whale ship Citizen captain Lansing of Sag Harbor 18 months out 2.000 barrels whale 20.000 lbs bone.
