American whaling bark Alice visited Lahaina, Hawaii according to the newspaper The Polynesian dated 2 October 1847

An item reported the arrival at Lahaina, Hawaii on 25 September by the American whaling bark Alice master Wooley of Cold Spring 12 months out 700 barrels whale oil all this season.
