An item reported that the American whaler Ceres spoke on latitude 2 south longitude 27 the American whaler George Howland master Taber of New Bedford 50 days out all well. Left at St. Helena the Jones master Fish of New London 1.800 barrels whale oil to sail within 2 days. Sailed in company with the John Adams master Luce of Nantucket 1.800 barrels.
