Displacement 206 (design)-253 (actual)-tons and as dimensions 46,3 x 6,79 x 1,13 metres or 152 x 22.3 x 3,7 feet. Machinery consisted of 2 reciprocating vertical triple expansion steam engines with 2 Kampon boilers supplying 1.300hp allowing a speed of 16 knots and a range of 1.000 nautical miles and a speed of 54 knots. Crew numbered 54 men. Armament consisted of 1-8cm/3.1” /45 cal gun and 5-7,7mm machine guns.
