Call sign UNYB. Built by Howaldtswerke, Kiel, Germany in May 1900 as Pallada for Russian Steamship Company (ROPIT), seized at Helsinki, Finland in 1918, returned to the Soviet Union and renamed Karl Liebknecht in 1922, floating workshop for repairs in 1954, broken up in mid-1960s or in 1973 still existing at Vladivostok. Gross tonnage 3,341 tons, under deck 2,952 tons, net tonnage 1,924 tons and as dimensions 346.5 x 46.2 x 24.4 feet. Normal cruising speed 8.5 knots. Homeport Odessa, Ukraine.
