Building ordered in 1908, laid down by De la Bross et Fouché, Nantes, France in March 1908, launched on 5 January 1909, completed in February 1909, disassembled and sent to Shanghai, China, assembled there, laid up at Saigon on 20 November 1939 and stricken on 25 July 1941. With a displacement of 183 tons and as dimensions 52.3 (between perpendiculars)-54.4 (over all) x 6.70 x 1.00 metres. The two vertical triple expansion engines and 2 Fouché boilers supplied via 2 shafts 900 hp allowing a speed of 14 knots. Coal bunker capacity 45 tons. Crew numbered 66 men. Armament consisted of 6x1-3.7cm cal 20 M 1885 guns; in 1917 changed into 4x1-3.7cm cal guns, 1-7.5cm cal 35 M 1897 gun and 4x1-0.88 cm machine guns.
