Large number of Dutch Greenland whalers returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 9 September 1704

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 8 September reported the arrival on the Maas of 8 Dutch Greenland whalers, at Texel 71 whalers and in the Vliet the Witte Oliphant.
