Dutch Greenland commandeur Dirk Slang returned home according to the Dutch newspaper Amsterdamse courant dated 20 August 1701

An item dated Amsterdam, Netherlands 19 August reported the arrival at Texel of the Dutch Greenland commandeur Dirk Slang 15 whales.
