Blockades of Finland and Estonia raised according to the Weekly Intelligence Summary No. 15 for the week ending 29 March 1919

An item reported that the trade with Finland resumed and also with all re-occupied Allied countries and occupied parts of enemy countries. From 1 April was the trade with Estonia to be resumed. The trade with Poland was yet not resumed but it was proposed to do is at the same time as a satisfactory control over the imports through Danzig was realized.
