Ordered as part of the Enseigne Roux-class in 1913, laid down by Chantiers et Ateliers Augustin Normand, Le Havre, France 0n 26 June 1914, construction suspended, redesigned in 1918, launched on 23 April 1921, completed in 1923 and stricken and broken up in 1938.
