According to a tiding from Rome dated 3 October was the strength of the Italian fleet again increased. That day were at Spezia the submarines Gondar and at Tarente the Uebi Scebeli launched an at Fiume the torpedo boat Libra. It was claimed that of the 12 submarines which to be completed before the end of the year and named after heroes from the war in Ethiopa all ready 8 were commissioned.(1)
