Russian naval strength in 1828 according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 24 February 1830

At the beginning of 1828 numbered the Russian navy 50 ships of the line, 35 frigates and around 100 other vessels with a total personnel strength of 50,000 sailors.
