The Dutch Corps naval artillery around 1793

In a small booklet with notifications was some attention paid to the corps naval artillery. The corps was to consist of six companies. Each company was to consist of
1 captain, monthly salary ƒ 100,-
1 commander of captain lieutenant, monthly salary ƒ 60,-
1 first lieutenant, monthly salary ƒ 45,-
3 second lieutenants, each ƒ 35,-, monthly salary ƒ 105,
1 sous lieutenant of the artillery, monthly salary ƒ 40,-
1 constable major, monthly salary ƒ 30,-
10 constables, each ƒ 20,-, monthly salary ƒ 200,-
1 smith, monthly salary ƒ 20,-
100 constables gem. [common?], each ƒ 12,-, monthly salaries ƒ 1,200
15 cadets, each ƒ 20,-, monthly salary ƒ 300,-
2 drummers, each ƒ 12,-, monthly salary ƒ 24,-
1 piper, monthly salary ƒ 12,-
1 clerk, monthly salary ƒ 32,-
1 friar, monthly salary ƒ 15,-
1 solicitor, monthly salary ƒ 12,
sub total 140 men, total monthly salaries ƒ 2,195,-
totally with six companies and 340 men ƒ 13.170,-
one surgeon for two companies, so totally three needed ƒ 120,-
total ƒ 13.290,-, annual costs ƒ 159.480,-
For inspection by a lieutenant admiral under supervision of the admiral general annual costs ƒ 1,800,-
Two flag officers commanded by the lieutenant admiral annual costs ƒ 1,400
Total annual costs ƒ 9 163.680,-

Clijver also supplied some names of officers serving in what he called the Corps Zeeland Naval Artillery. 4th company. Captain Danker Amijs Haringman (1) ƒ 720,-
Captain Lieutenant Gerrit Verdooren (2) ƒ 450,-
Lieutenant 1st class Maltheus Boenders ƒ 360,-
Lieutenants 2nd class G.N. de Haen, Samuel Boesenk and H. Bisschop.

2. Exact date unknown, 6, 7 or 9 February 1757 Bergen op Zoom-30 October 1824 Oost-Souburg, commanded the ship of the line Delft during the battle of Camperdown in 1797, appointed on 1 July 1814 as vice admiral.
