American tug Percy Kelsey exploded according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch Nieuwsblad dated January 1898

An item dated Pittsburg 8 January reported that the tug Percy Kelsey that day on the Ohio river was exploded and lost. Her captain Jenkins, the nine crewmembers and some other people were killed.
