Argentinean navy ordered to protect the coast according to the Dutch newspaper De Banier dated 15 September 1939

An item dated Buenos Aires 14 September reported that the minister of navy ordered the fleet to protect the coast, maintain the neutrality and to prevent the founding of bases by the belligerent countries.
